About Me	I graduated from Syracuse University's esteemed Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs - in 4 years no less. During that time I spent a semester in Washington DC, taking classes in national security studies and international affairs, and I interned for the US Dept of Justice. I immediately moved back to the DC area after graduation from SU, and spent 4 years living in Alexandria VA. I used to work as a Research Assistant at a political polling/consulting firm called Public Opinion Strategies. I worked under Partner Neil Newhouse, who maintains clients such as Jeb Bush, George W. Bush, PA Sen. Rick Santorum, countless other Members of Congress from PA (and elsewhere), and a handful of other US Senators. The firm is the largest and most successful Republican polling firm in the country, and as such is quite an interesting job. However, I have recently been transitioning into the mental health field, and have been trying to adjust to quite a different change of pace. I enjoy this work, and will hopefully be starting a graduate program in 2008. I miss the political sphere, but this should be fun, too.
