About	Karen A. Hutchison, 67, of Emmaus, died peacefully January 3, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Hospital with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late Robert L. Hutchison. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Geraldine (Gogola) Olshefski. Karen began her professional life working for several years as a secretary at Air Products. Following the birth of her first child, Karen chose to devote herself fully to her family, dedicating her life to raising her children and creating a warm, loving home. Her family was always her greatest joy and proudest accomplishment. She will be remembered for her kind heart, unwavering love for family, and only breaking the rules for her grandchildren. She was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Emmaus. Karen is survived by her children, Erica Hutchison wife of Alejandro Pérez Domínguez, Katrina wife of Joseph Tomanik, III, and Robert A. Hutchison and wife Jessica; grandchildren, Sophia, Sutton, and Sonsoles; brother, Daniel Olshefski and wife Laura. She was also survived by the one she most often shared her tea with her beloved dog, Odin. A Mass of Catholic Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM in St. Ann’s Catholic Church, 415 S. 6th St., Emmaus. Viewing Tuesday, January 6, 2026, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM and Wednesday 9:30 to 10:30 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
