About Me	After High School, I attended UT Knoxville and received a degree in psychology. Once I completed my degree, I was hired at Deloitte as a PC Tech and worked my way to Subject Matter Expert and instructional designer. I continued my career path in learning and development by working at Dell EMC and NCR until I found my home at Veeam Software where I am the Director of Design and Development. I lead a virtual global team comprised of learning experience designers, certification specialists, and project management. They continue to amaze me with their passion and expertise.
