Served 22 years as a Infanty Officer in the USMC. Commissioned after graduating from the University of Florida in 1983 and retired in 2005. Currently works for Northrop Grumman as a contractor for the United States Central Command in Tampa.

Jose is still currently in active service. He joined after graduation in the fall of 2006, he has been part of OIF 06-08. Jose is still training to deploy again in the fall of 2008.
