About Me	I moved to Mpls-St. Paul right after graduation and lived there. I had my son and was married there. I got into fitness and it grew until I was able to go to college and didn't stop until I completed my Masters degree in Human Movement with a focus track on Corrective Exercise. I work at a physical therapy clinic where I assist the therapists by teaching the patients their exercises, guiding them on technique, and then educating them why they need to perform each exercise movement for training, physical therapy, etc. in order to improve the effectiveness and ensure that the correct muscles are being activated to increase the body's response & also to train the body to ensure movements are performed as accurately as possible, to prevent continued damage; but also increases the effective...(read more)
