He became a Hospital Corpsman attached to the Marines and I went into the Submarine Service diesel & nuclear: Picuda SS382; Nuclear Power Schools; Entemedor SS340; Scuba Divers School; NESEP UofU; Abraham Lincoln SSBN602; Submarine Escape Training Instructor.

Participated in Operation Just Cause, Operation Desert Shield/Storm, Operation Southern/Northern watch, Operation enduring freedom, and Operation Iraqi freedom. I currently serve in the Joint Unit "Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command (JPAC)", at Hickam AFB Hawaii.
