Died from complications of Malaria and Agent Orange as a result of his service as a US Marine in Vietnam (1967-69). Frank died peacefully while laying on his couch and watching a Yankees game on television at home in Boise Idaho.. In recognition of his honorable service and the Syracuse NY Flag that he proudly (and defiantly), waved over his position during the famous siege at Khe Sanh in 1968; Frank was memorialized at the Syracuse War Memorial two years after his passing, the only serviceman to be so honored.
He is survived by his two children Eva and Frank Jr.
