PAULA KAY CZARZASTY DONAHUE, 44, died Aug. 8, 2004. Born in Dayton, Ohio. A registered nurse. Survived by sons, John, Michael, James and Liam; sisters, Dorothy Wooley, Laura Gutwein and Bernice Gilmore; brothers, William Wintersteen and John Czarzasty. Mass noon Saturday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Waikane. No flowers. Donations may be made for leukemia research.
