Retired with 20 years total service. While serving in the military, participated in Operation Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Operation Restore Hope Somolia, Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom.

After high school, I enter the United States Air Force. I learned how to become a jet engine mechanic. I was stationed at Travis AFB, CA. from 1974 to 1979. The aircraft that I worked on was the C5A in MAC. I repaired, modified, assembled, and tested the TF-39 GE turbofan jet engines. I left with a honorable discharge as a Staff Sargent.
