| Events | Glennis Burns, age 73, of Attalla, passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at his residence. He is survived by his wife; Cathy Burns, daughter; Tina (Lee) Craft, grandsons; Charlie, Rex, granddaughter; Drew Craft, sons; Michael (Erica) Beuoy, and Jonathon Beuoy, grandchildren; Bryant, Bryleigh, Maddox and Caroline Beuoy, brothers; Hollis (Linda) Burns, Elbert (Gail) Burns, Jesse (Gina) Burns, and Autry (Lisa) Burns, sister; Virginia (Kenny) Mashburn, a host of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; Hazel and Lloyd Burns. His funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. Friday, March 22, 2024 at Etowah Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Kyuka Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Rev. Jeremy Burns and Rev. Alan Hallmark will officiate. Pallbearers will be Tanner Kirtland, Autry Burns, , Zachary Burns, Lee Craft, Charlie Craft, , Rex Craft, Michael Beuoy and Jonathan Beuoy, honorary pallbearers will be Herman McMurtrey, Chris Frost, Jack Causey, Oscar Ash, Jordan Allen, Tommy Handley, Bobby Coker and Rodney Smith. In Lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to Kyuka Cemetery Fund. Etowah Memorial Chapel Directing. |
