About	Anyone who knew her would know how passionate she was about music, her friends and life in general. Dorthea was in Etowah Singers and the Blue Devil Marching/Concert Band. What a lot of you didn't know is that she continued her accomplishments after she left our school. She achieved an associate degree in political science and then gained her Bachelor's from JSU. She also did a lot of work for Congressman Mike Rogers and was looking to further her political career, which is where her true passion lay...besides the romance novels. She was a wonder and a pleasure to know and I am grateful to have been able to call her one of my best friends.
