I served in the Air Force and if I had to do it all again I would! Saw interesting things and did interesting things that I never would have done if I hadn’t joined. I grew up in a military family and I feel anyone who is fit and wants to enrich their lives should do at least one term (4 yrs) in the military. It was really quite an interesting experience. All of my kids joined the military after high school. William was in the USMC, Stephanie was in the Navy and Jason was in the Army. I was in communications in the Air Force. I was a Morse Code Operator!

Active Air Force then joined Air National Guard with a total of 38 years. Had one tour in Viet Nam. I would not have missed the time, people and travel in all the places I was stationed. Photo was on Motorcycle trip cross country in 2009 to Oregon.

performed 6 tours of duty and member of decommisioning crew as a nuclear machinist mate. Had several visits to Scotland in the Navy and travelled through the Panama Canal.
