About	Phillip A. Schillinger Jr., 71, of Akron, Ohio, died on Feb. 27, 2012. Phillip was born on Nov. 2, 1940, the second oldest of eight children. He was preceded in death by his father, Phillip Sr.; mother, Helen;, and sister, Karen. Phillip attended St. Matthew Grade School and graduated from Ellet High School. Phillip leaves two sons, Matthew and Andrew; brothers, Mark (Sharon), Eric (Reba); sisters, Rosemary, Rita (Ron), Monica (Chet) and Michelle. Phillip was an avid sports fan and loved to play pool. He served in the U.S. Navy and was honorably discharged. Funeral service 11 a.m. Friday at the Ciriello and Carr Fairlawn Chapel, 39 S.
