About	Ronald James Pritchard Ronald James Pritchard, 78, passed away April 20, 2018. He was born February 26, 1940, the son of the late Charles and Carrie Pritchard. He retired after 36 years of teaching art at Springfield Local Schools. He was awarded many times for achievements in scholastic art. In his free time, Ronald loved to follow horse racing and his favorite sports teams. He will always be remembered for his patience and wisdom. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Charles "Chuck" Pritchard. He is survived by his son Jason Pritchard; Cousin Lucille and Clyde Robinson; and nephews, Danny (Deloris) Pritchard and Donny (Laura) Pritchard; sister-in-law Nancy Pritchard. The family will receive friends 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday, April 27, 2018 at the Adams Mason Funeral Home (791 East Market Street), where a memorial service will immediately follow at 3:30 p.m. (Adams Mason, 330-535-9186) Published in Akron Beacon Journal on Apr. 26, 2018
