Phillip "Phil" Kenneth Frame, Sr., of Clarksburg, California passed away on October 15, 2017. Phil was born at home on August 8, 1933, in the next to the last house on School Street in Elk Grove, California. He passed away peacefully at age 84 at his home in Clarksburg, California-the next to the last house on South School Street. He had a great love for playing his harmonica, reciting poetry, astronomy, sailing, the Masonic Lodge, and giving tours on the USS Hornet in Alameda, California. He is survived by his wife, Becky, children Rachel, Phillip Jr. (Lori), Jonathan (Christy), and grandchildren Christopher, Leanna, Madison, and Camille. Phil loved to read the Obituaries daily to see if his name was in them - it is now, Papa, and we love you and will miss you! Memorial services will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Clarksburg Community Church. In lieu of flowers please donate to the charity of choice. - Information from the Sacramento Bee
