Born June Elora Barmby 3/18/23. Graduated Elk Grove High School '41. Married Walter Neher '46. Avid golfer, oil painter. Moved to Nevada married a second time Robert Sandbakken '74. Survived by her brother Richard Barmby, daughters Margot (Neher) Phillips and Patti june (Neher) Helwick, 4 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 14 step-great-grandchildren.
