Robert (Bob) Lowell Allen, a former resident of Elk Grove died Nov. 22, 2016 in Manteca at the age of 75.
He was born June 6, 1941 in Los Angeles to Elmer Frank Allen and Rose Ann (Simpson) Allen and graduated from Elk Grove High School in 1959. He served four years in the U.S. Air Force and worked for the Sacramento Army Depot for 31 years as a master packer.
His family said his passion for life was for Christ, and his favorite saying was “Wonderful, Marvelous, Stupendous, Colossal.”
Bob is survived by his wife Carol; children David L., Steven, Joyanna and David A. and their spouses; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
