Frank passed away after a 3 year battle with cancer.
He was born on November 26, 1948 to Frank Sr. and Thelma McKee. He lived in the Tomalas Bay area in his very early years but came to Anna Kirchgater Elementary and graduated from Elk Grove High School in 1966.
He served in the US Army, was employed with the SFPD for 30 years where he was one of the original members of the Specialist Team (part of SWAT), FTO, most notable was his tenure as SFPD Police Academy Instructor teaching physical arrest & self defense tactics, policy & procedures, In retirement, he was a Self Defense Instructor employed by TSA and lived in Rancho Cordova.
He enjoyed riding his BMW motorcycle, boating, wood working & his grandchildren.
Survived by wife Sue, stepdaughters Melissa Taylor, Deanna (Shawn) Peterson, grandchildren Cole & Michaela Peterson, Brother Bruce (Soledad) McKee, the Isosaki family and several nieces & nephews.
Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
