Born May 18, 1946 in Winters, California and passed away at the age of 65 years. Geraldine was vivacious and caring, a devout Catholic, and she touched many lives. She will be forever missed by family and friends. Geraldine graduated from Elk Grove High School and Sacramento State College. She was retired from Sacramento County Probation Department, where she worked for 30 years. She also worked for Primamerica, and had worked in Real Estate, and for a loan company. She was also a project assistant for the Sacramento Safety Center. Geraldine was a longstanding member of the American River Republican Women Federated, Folsom branch.
Her viewing was March 19 from 4:00-8:00 pm with Rosary at 7:00 pm. both at Miller Funeral Home, 507 Scott Street, Folsom, California. The Funeral was on March 20 at 11:00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 1333 58th Street, Sacramento, California. A reception followered from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at the Newman Center, 5900 Newman Street, Sacramento,California. Graveside services were at Calvary Cemetery, 7101 Verner Avenue, Sacramento, California 95841. Rememberances in Geraldine's name may be made to tha American Cancer Society, 1-800-227-2345.
