Beloved eldest child of Paul Eugene & Norma (Welge) Biorn. Grandson of Mohonri "Jack" & Louise "Billie" (Burger) Biorn and Norman & Clara (Marston) Welge.
Born and raised in Sacramento. Graduated Elk Grove High School. Served a mission for the LDS church in the Boston, MA area. Served in USNavy. Married (1993-2003) Judith Lynn Hatt; (2004-2012) Cheryl Dawn Judd.
Never had children. (Cheryl had five grown children and several grandchildren when they married.)
Predeceased by grandparents, father, and brother Jim. Survived by mother, wife Cheryl, sisters Debbie, PattiAnn, and Lori, brothers John and Thomas, several nieces & nephews, and many cousins.
Died at age 55 from heat exposure. He had previous had a heat stroke. Autopsy revealed Alzheimer's/dementia as a contributing factor.
