About Me	As of today, 80. Retired Registered Nurse. Also worked at Caterpillar for about twelve years. U.S. Air Force 62 to 66, then Army National Gurad and Army Reserves for twelve years, eleven months and twenty-nine days-but who counts military time? Played drums in a band in Ft. Walton Beach in Florida 1966 then got pregnant and married my first wife?!Ten years with her, three children. Then she went away with a County Deputy. A few years later, met and married # 2 who joined the Air Force and we went to Alamogordo, New Mexico and she fell in love with all her Sergeants. Lust? Anyway back in Illinois I met and married my current wife 36 years ago(almost). She is in the Skilled Nursing Facility at our complex called Lutheran Hillside Village in Peoria, IL. In December, 2011, I contracte a rare disease in both eyes and nearly blind in one eye and partially blind in the other. But I believe God has been good to me and thumped me a few times too. Took a while to get my attention. We went throough the tornado in Washington on November 17, 2013 and that was a ride I do NOT wish to repeat. Barb still has high anxiety and PTSD from that littleEF-4 that took our house away while we were cowering in the basement. When the house left, the staircase we were hiding under had nothing to hang onto, and fell on us. We had hunkered down and the staircase landed on the dryer beside me. Whew!!
