Joined the Navy as a hospital corpsman. Viet Nam with the Marines. Commissioned and achieved rank of Captain. Commanded USS Mt. Vernon and Naval Beach Group ONE. Overseas tours of Viet Nam and Korea, and also Kuwait during OIF.

After service attended Chadron State College and the University of Nebraska Kearney. Activities: Eagle football, Majors club, Letter club, Dorm Director for Alpha Z Delta house.

Our Edgemont High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done! Not everyone gets to come home for the holidays and we want our Edgemont High School Military to know that they are loved and appreciated.
