Born September 21, 1953, in Easton, PA, she was a daughter of the late Anna (Moffitt) and Melvin HESS. She was a 1972 graduate of Easton High School and attended Churchman's Business School. Ella was employed by Valley Federal Savings for many years. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Joseph Compagnola, Sr.; her son: Joseph Compagnola, Jr. and his wife Alexis of Wilson Borough; and 2 grandchildren: Kaylei and Seth Compagnola.
