About	Shelley J. (DECENZO) Mucklin, 60, of Dillsburg, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2015, at the Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill. She was born December 18, 1954, in Easton, PA, the daughter of the late James and Joan (Fritz) DeCenzo. Shelley is survived by her husband, Elmer "Jim" Mucklin; one son, James M. Mucklin of Dillsburg; one daughter, Rachael L. Mucklin of Goldsboro; and one brother, James DeCenzo of Lowell, MI. Memorial services will be held Saturday, September 19, 2015, at 10:30 am in the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc., 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg. Memorial contributions may be made to the ASPCA, P.O.
