About	Robert J. Lindgren, 65, of Easton, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2016 in ManorCare, Palmer. Born November 30, 1950 in Easton, PA, he was the son of Edith J. Shafer Lindgren, of Easton, and the late Joseph J. Lindgren. He and his wife, the former Amy Pettit, celebrated their 9th wedding anniversary on January 30, 2016. Bob was employed by Korte Meats for many years. Prior to that, he worked for Craft Rug Mills and the former Swift. He was a 1968 graduate of Easton Area High School where he played baseball. He was an avid baseball player, playing in the Blue Mountain League. He also played travel softball, was a pool player and enjoyed deep sea fishing. Bob was a life member of many local social clubs. In addition to his wife Amy and mother Edith, he is survived by a son, Christopher Wilson, of Vermont; three grandsons, Christopher, Brian and Raymond; a great-grandson, Issac; a brother, Joseph Lindgren, of Shickshinny, PA; two sisters, Fay Jarrell and Kathy Barr, both of Easton; nieces, Rachelle and Quinn; and nephews, Zachary, Frederick and Noah. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., Easton. Offer online condolences at www.strunkfh.com.
