About	Richard I. Hodges, 60, of Palmer died March 4, 2011. A graduate of Easton HS and East Stroudsburg State College, he was a chemistry teacher at Phillipsburg HS for 35 years retiring in 2007. He was a member of Sigma Pi Sigma, an honorary science fraternity and listed in Whos Who in Americas Colleges/Universities. Survivors: His wife of 37 years, the former Karen Johnson; sister-in-law Laurie Johnson; brother-in-law Jay Johnson; father-in-law Carl Johnson all of Bethlehem; nephews and niece Jason, Jared and Kiira Johnson; and beloved dog Kirby. Services: 2 p.m. Tuesday in Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northampton ST., Easton.
