About	Debra Ann Allen, 61, of Bushkill Twp., died Friday, Feb. 9, 2018 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Anderson Campus. Born April 27, 1956 in Easton, PA, she was a daughter of the late Leroy and Florence (Dewalt) Starner. A 1974 graduate of Easton Area High School, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University and was an elementary school teacher for the Easton School District for 15 years. Prior to that she was a teller at Nazareth National Bank. She was a member of Forks United Church of Christ who loved her dog “Mama”, her cats and riding horses. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Richard E. Allen, Jr.; her sons Jacob E. Allen, at home, Jordan R. Allen of Kutztown; a brother Terry Starner of Easton; sisters Louise Hoy of Holly Hill, FL, Gail Taschner and her husband Steve of Bushkill Twp., nieces and nephews. A sister Doris Curto died earlier. Services are at 11 a.m. Friday in Forks United Church of Christ, with visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the church and an hour prior to service on Friday. Interment is in Forks Cemetery. The Ashton Funeral Home, Easton is handling arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Forks UCC, 4500 Sullivan Trail, Stockertown, PA 18083.
