About	Lois E. Olsen, 60, of Easton died Mar 7, 2014 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Anderson Campus. She was a daughter* of the late Russell and Evelyn (Zink) Saylor. A 1972 graduate of Easton High School, she worked in the Easton Middle School cafeteria for 14 years. She and her husband Roy E. Olsen had been married for 33 years. Lois is survived by husband, Roy; children, Larry, Sr. of Bethlehem, Roy, Jr. and Valene both of Easton; brother, David Saylor of Forks Twp.; 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
