About	John Carl Ottersen, 45, died on Wednesday, Feb 10, 1999 in Easton Hospital. He worked in production at Kraft Foods in Allentown, and prior to that at Olin Co. in Nazareth for 22 years. Born on March 7, 1954 in Royal Oak, Michigan, he was a son of the Jeanne Warren Ottersen Gilbert of Forks Township and the late Robert Ottersen. He was a member of Nazareth Moravian Church. An Avid golfer, he was a member of the Nazareth Golf League and the Nazareth Myrtle Beach Group. He was a 1972 graduate of Easton Area High School. He and his wife, the former Kathryn Roltde, were married 22 years. In addition to his mother and wife, he is survived by a son, Joshua J., and a daughter Katie Jo, both at home, a brother Robert O., his stepfather Harold Gilbert and nieces and nephews. A daughter Valerie died in 1984. Services will be held at 11 am in Nazareth Moravian Church. Call 7 to 9 pm in the Reichel Funeral Home, both in Nazareth. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Nazareth. The family requests memorials to the children’s scholarship fund in care of the funeral home. Published Express Times 2/12/1999
