Alumni Gift to School

The Class of 1987 suggested giving a gift from the alumni to the rebuilding of the school. It was brought up to help build the sign that goes out in front of the school. The original sign would have been like Northern's which blew over in the last wind storm...
We also want to improve communication...what better way than to go digital...
We also want to give a gift that keeps giving....
We can sell advertisements on the digital sign to raise funds for the school....
We currently have a Brick Paver Fundraiser going on to raise the money for this sign...
We only need to raise a 1000.00 per class and the class of '79 is well on its way. contact Pam Dawson

1. Need 14 convertible cars with driver to escort the Homecoming representatives.
2. Need student car entries for most Wildcat Sprit
3. Need alumni car entries for the most Wildcat Spirit
4. Need a trailer for each class to decorate and someone to pull the trailer....
All trailers need to be about the same size.
5. Need volunteers to help pull this together....If you are interested please let me know.
6.. Need to get the word out to the local merchants and newspapers, elementary and middle
schools.
7. Need ideas...sponsors would be great...right now this is being planned with a 0 dollar budget..
8. Need sponsors for Freshman Float, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior float...the best float will be
awarded.

High School.

Brick Paver Fundraiser

The Eastern Guilford High School PTSA would like to invite all
Eastern Guiford Alumni to purchase an engraved Brick Paver and become a
very permanent part of the new Eastern Guilford High School facility.

The pavers wil be inlaid in the main entrance leading into the school and
have a 100 year guarantee on the engraving. Buy one for yourself, your children,
or in memory of a loved one that served or volunteered in the school.

Another graduating class has asked us to join them in helping to raise
funds for a digital sign to go out in front of the building so school events,
announcements, pictures, and information can be displayed for
parents and alumni.

There will be many other needs to arise as we get closer to the Opening day
of the new school. We will only sell 1400 brick pavers to be placed in the
front entrance....and are already receiving many inquires. Please order
yours today so you are not left out.
