| About Me | I did pediatric residency at Oakland Children's Hospital in Oakland, California. Then I did a fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology at Stanford University, California I have been at the Unicversity of Washington, Department of Pediatrics and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center since 1975. I am a Professor in Pediatrics at UW, a Member of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and Director of Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplantation.
