About Me	Work at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton, OH with intensive care and oncology patients. I also enjoy doing talks on sports nutrition/general nutrition. I try to stay in shape with some gym trips and running, biking and swimming. I Stay very busy with two boys 11 and 14! Yes, a teenager and all that goes along with that age. Stephen(11) does soccer, year round swimming and some running races. Matthew(14) does track, cross country and year round swimming on two teams.
