Favorite School Memory	Going out to Radio Island and getting my car stuck in the sand. Hanging out at friend's houses. Track and drama club.
About Me	I went to UNC-CH after high school, got a degree in English- not that I use it. Graduated from Carolina in 1992. After college I worked in a health club for about 4 years which took me from Chapel Hill to Cary, where I became sales manager for the club. I really enjoyed this but wanted to get into real estate, like my Mom. I began working for a SMG, a furnished housing company that provided housing to people burned out of their homes, or water damage, or the like. It was interesting but onsite property management was horrible. I wanted to do something else. So in 1996 my mom suggested we try real estate appraisal. So she and I both got licensed and started working in the real estate appraisal field. We have been doing that now for 12 years. In 1999, I added a Realtor license in addition to my appraiser license. And in 2000, we formed our own company Creekside Realty and Appraisal. I was married from 1999 to 2004, enough about that. Then on 02/04/06 I married my true love, Jason Rivera. We have a son Joshua, who is now 10 years old, and a daughter Megan, who is 9 years old. We live in Zebulon about 30 mins east of Raleigh . We have 5 cats, Sassy, Tinkerbell, Tom, Buddy, and Witty. Two of which are on my desk now 'helping'. We enjoy boating, kayaking (when we can with two kids under 2), jet skiing, fishing, and gardening. Our hobbies include photography (which is basically chasing after our kids with a camera) and golfing at The River at Lake Royale(if we ever get back on the course). But it is beautiful here every day and living on the lake reminds me of living in Beaufort. We visit there often and ...(read more)
