After the Rapid City Flood of 1972, my Sister Roxanne moved to Brookings SD for college where she met a wonderful man named Jerry Boyd. She would later move to Pierre, SD to be close to him. On November 9, 1973 we would visit her for her 20th birthday. Only 11 days later on November 20, 1973 her life would be taken from us in a tragic car accident near Volga, SD. She was suppose to be home for Thanksgiving. Instead her place was empty that Day and we would bury her on Saturday. She has rested bodily at Mountain View Cemetery for 45 years. She has been rejoicing with our parents for the last years in the presence of Our Lord. I love you my beautiful sister, we will all be together again someday. Give my love to Mom, Dad and our Grandparents.
