| About Me | I went to BYU , then 2 years on a mission to Belgium/France and Luxembourg,Came home married my sweetheart Penny, graduated, began teaching had 5 kids. I continue astronomy research @ Yerkes Observatory (Williams Bay, Wisconsin) In 1997 I recieved 4 traumatic brain injuries with in a very short period of time causing me to lose my pituatary gland (I came pretty close to leaving this plane) 3 years ago I acutally did leave for a while (died) after a bout with Hanta Virus. I came back though, but checked out a 2nd time after throwing 2 PE's (pulmonary embolii) and returned. This last summer was the breaking point and I tried to leave again after being pulled off a plane in St. Louis, (fatique but they thought I was intoxicated) I spent 14 hours in a hall in the ER another 3 days in a psyche ward, turns out I OK except I caught a MRSA infection which lead to a pneumonia that sent my heart into arrythmia and leaking valves filled my lungs with blood, but I decided I like it here so I'm forcibly taking it easy trying to stay healthy (re...(read more) |
