Thomas Martin Kagan aka Tom Kagan departed this life in Dallas, TX after a 3 year fight with brain cancer. At the time he was a cardiac research assistant at UT-Dallas Health Center. . After graduating from Del Norte, Tom received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from UNM in 1975.Tom had married his sweetheart Cheryl McKintosh in January 1977. He enjoyed telling jokes, driving his BMI motorcycle and blue VW and playing with our Siamese cats. He had many loyal friends. Tom was the most intelligent man I have ever known and he had compassion for his fellow man.His ambition was to become an MD like our sister Kai Kagan and go work in the Peace Corps in Africa.
