Details:
We've secured DiMillo’s upper deck, right on the waterfront, with great views out over the harbor, and close access to the rejuvenated and trendy Old Port area!
We will have tantalizing hors d'oeuvres for everyone, and a cash bar available for those who want to quench a summer thirst!
We aim to have a casual gathering of classmates and friends for conversations, remembrances, and connections/reconnections.
Free parking is available in DiMillo’s parking lot on Commercial Street; just remember to have your parking stub validated at the restaurant reception desk.
After our early afternoon gathering, we encourage you to take advantage of the late afternoon and evening hours with friends on your own at one or more of the many restaurants and bars Portland has to offer. You won’t believe how the old hometown has grown and prospered, so get out and explore together!
Our event rental and hors d'oeuvre costs are being paid for from our 50th Reunion bank account, and the remaining balance of that account will be presented to Deb Bergeron’s 100 Women Who Care nonprofit, as promised 5 years ago. However, $20 donations are encouraged to add to our 100 Women Who Care contribution; there will be a donation jar on site for cash/check collection.
An email blast of this notice is being sent out to email addresses we have from our 50th Reunion database, and it will be posted on our DHS Class of 69 Facebook page, but our contact information is certainly outdated, so we need your help getting the word out. Please forward this notice to anyone you know who might be interested in attending!

The GFB Scottish Pub will hosting this event. Plenty of parking at the Music venue of Old Orchard Beach. Full kitchen available till 1:00 am. Snacks will be provided. Full bar and a great band Country Crossroads will start at 8:30 pm. Dancing, Hula Hoops, pool, darts, foosball and cornhole to have fun with. AS OF 6/21, very few spaces remain. 215 signed up.
Class '65 invites us as guests to their 50th reunion on 7/18/2015 and a great night is planned. Currently there are NO plans for a '66 50th reunion unless someone volunteers to organize it. SO why not join 1965, it's a great venue and the 1965 Committee has done a wonderful job - planning for 2 yrs.
Masonic Temple is historic and gorgeous - relaxed and fun evening: delish food stations (great caterer, carving station, etc.), DJ music, and reconnecting. Parking at City Hall lot or on street.
