I remember Betty Lou from when we were kids and lived on Cinder Street. She was my first friend when I moved there at the age of 5.
We drifted apart as we got older but were always friendly and respectful of one another. She became very close to my mom and was nice to my mom during her years of sickness. We did correspond when she became sick and I would see her & her husband at our class reunions. She will always have a special place in my heart !
