Gene Jacobson, 57, died December 1, 2006, at his home in Yucca, AZ, under Hospice care.
Gene was born October 20, 1949, in Ada, MN. He graduated from Crookston Central High School and served in the Army in Viet Nam. Gene was a talented artist and has prints, jewelry and wood carvings distributed worldwide. He is survived by his wife, Ruth "Rex" (Haugen), of Yucca, AZ; daughter, Michelle (Tom) Vejby, and granddaughter, Danielle of Chandler, AZ; sisters, Diane (Virgil) Ellingson, Gail (Keith) Agnes of Fargo; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Evelyn Jacobson; and brother, Clark Jacobson. Friends and family celebrated his life at a memorial service on December 5th.
