Christina Lynn Sargent, age 59, of Covington, died unexpectedly on September 7, 2015. Chris was born April 30, 1956 in Troy to Carl "Dick" & Ruth (Cole) Manson; a graduate of Covington High School, Class of 1974; worked at Edison Community College for many years; & loved to spend time with her children & grandchildren.
Christina is survived by her parents; loving husband of 30 years, Nate Sargent; son & daughter-in-law, Justin & Heather York of Covington; daughter & son-in-law, Caitlin & George Conaway of Springboro; 3 grandchildren, Rachel & Lauren York & George Conaway IV; 5 brothers, Mike (Jane) Manson, Gary (Karen) Manson, Jime (Diane) Manson, Tom (Jackie) Manson, Scott (Kyla) Manson, all of Covington; 2 sisters, Tonya (Scott) Thompson & Cynthia (Les) Stacy, all of Covington; mother-in-law, Mary Ann Sargent; & a host of other relatives & friends.
Memorial Service will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at the Covington Church of the Brethren with Pastor Nate Paulus officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. If desired, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
