Bob passed away unexpectedly on the evening of May 23rd of 2016. Bob had just recently retired from the City of Phoenix and is survived by his wife Rita and his younger sister Alice. Bob was still young at only 53 years of age and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. RIP Bob, I miss you so much!
