Graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 1994, commissioned as a second lieutenant, student of The Basic School, student in Flight School, selected AH-1W attack helicopters, multiple deployments to the Persian Gulf and the Pacific, assigned to Marine One as a pilot for President G.W. Bush in the CH-53E, VH-60N, & VH-3D aircraft, attended Command and Staff College (earned Masters Degree), returned to cockpit of AH-1W for multiple combat deployments to OIF, returned to The Basic School as the Executive Officer, and presently slated for command of a Marine Light Attack Helicopter squadron in San Diego.

Joined US Air Force in 1964. Stationed at SAC Headquarters Omaha, NB as a Photomapping specialist. Served my four years, got out then joined US Army Reserve as an NBC Defense instructor, and as the Commanders assistant with a hospital unit. Served a total of 27-yrs total military service. Loved every minute!
