Been stationed in Michigan, North Carolina and Turkey. Deployed during the Gulf War to England. Deployed in support of Enduring Freedom to Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan, and Iraqi Freedom deployed to Qatar. Also been deployed to Kuwait.

Stationed in Persian Gulf 1984-85 as Stinger anti-aircraft missle gunner, then attended Journalist A & C schools at Ft. Benjamin Harrison, IN. Stationed onboard USS BENJAMIN STODDERT (DDG 22) at Pearl Harbor, HI from 1986-89. Transferred to Far East Network Sasebo, Japan in April 1989 and remained in Japan after I separated from the Navy in May 1993. Finally heading back to the States sometime in late 2016 or early 2017.
