Brian Earl Chambers, 61, of Leavenworth County, Kansas, passed away on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. It was his wish that his body be cremated by the good people of Porter Funeral Homes, as they were also loyal clients.
Brian was born March 8, 1960 in Great Bend, Kansas. The family relocated to Concordia, Kansas when Brian was around five years old, and he lived there until he graduated from Concordia High School in 1978. He then enrolled in the Boot and Saddle Program at Oklahoma State University’s Institute of Technology in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. With that degree, he launched a 40-year career as an entrepreneur making custom boots and repairing all types of leather goods. Those familiar with his work knew they could count on both quality and ingenuity.
Brian never a met a tool he couldn’t use. He built furniture, modified vehicles, and remodeled his home. He loved ATVs, camping, motorcycles, and his many, many pets. He worked hard, played harder, and loved deeply.
