About	Janet Mae (McCartney) Auernheimer, 53, loving wife and mother, died Wednesday, July 17, 2013, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. She was born July 30, 1959, in Concordia to James A. and Francis "Joan" (Mendenhall) McCartney. On Dec. 22, 1979, she married John A. Auernheimer at Harvey County West Park, and he survives of the home. Janet is survived by her husband, John of Moundridge; son, Jason Auernheimer of Salina; daughter, Justina Auernheimer of Moundridge; brothers, Robert and his wife Debra McCartney of Newton, Tim and his wife Angela McCartney, also of Newton, James and his wife Clarice McCartney of Hesston; and sister, Mary and her husband Andy Andrews of Alamogordo, N.M. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Janet was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Darrell McCartney. Visitation with family will be 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Petersen Funeral Home, followed by a memorial service at 5 p.m. Sunday evening, also at Petersen Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Alan Stucky of Pleasant Valley Mennonite Church presiding.
