MARQUETTE — Tony M. Sorell, 33, Marquette, died Tuesday, Jan. 12, 1993, at the Connect Care Home, Wichita.
He was born April 22, 1959 at Concordia and grew up in Glasco.
He worked in food and beverage management in San Antonio, Texas, and Houston until moving back to Glasco in 1989. He was a member of St. Mary's Church Catholic Church, Glasco.
Survivors include his parents, Larry and Madonna Sorell of Marquette; seven brothers, Jerry of Beloit, Allen of Concordia, Nathan of Columbus, Neb., David and Jacob, both of Salina, Shane of Marquette and Vance of Aberdeen, S.D.; a sister, Cynthia Henderson of St. Francis; his maternal grandparents, Henry and Hazel Blochlinger of Salina.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Glasco, the Revs. Stephen Letourneau and Douglas Campbell officiating. Burial will be in Glasco Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Connect Care Home, 1158 N. Waco, Wichita, 67203.
There will be no visitation.
