Fleming Scott, 54, El Paso, died Monday, Aug. 12, 2002, at her home. Mrs. Scott was a certified public accountant and president of Oxford Professional Services, P.C., and chief financial officer for TABCON Inc. She was born Aug. 26, 1947, in Stockton, Kan., the daughter of Clarence N. Fleming and Alma A. Simoneau. She graduated from Notre Dame High School in Concordia in 1965 and earned a bachelor's degree in accounting at Kansas State University. Survivors include her husband, Gary Scott, El Paso; a daughter, Tracey Armstrong, El Paso; three sisters, Beverly Kadel, Beloit, Marcia Mauch, Concordia, and Denise Nosek, Omaha, Neb.; three brothers, David Fleming, Culver, Dennis Fleming, Concordia, and Bryan Fleming, Minneapolis, Kan.; and three grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Concordia, Kan. Burial will be at St. Concordia Cemetery in Concordia. Mrs. Scott will lie in state from noon to 9 p.m. Monday at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Chapel in Concordia, where a vigil service will be at 7 p.m. Earlier services will be at 2 p.m. today at Martin Funeral Home East Chapel in El Paso.
