About Me	I spent my days breathing and dreaming in a fog...then I met John, created two new lives and have a family...I've learned about selective mutism and aspergers...so now I breathe through each day, not perfectly, but in less of a fog and with more purpose. Highlights: driving in a freak June snowstorm on the Dempster Highway with a guardian angel in the form of a muddy 18 wheeler driving behind us...dancing with "Prof. Slughorn" (twice even!) in Amherst, MA...bicycling 100 miles on route 20 from Cazenovia to Shutter's Corners in one day (with the most fearsome dark thunderheads chasing us) and waking up the next morning in bed to hear the rain beating down on our roof...giving birth without one drop of comforting medicine because I felt nothing until we went to the hospital and were told I was already in "active" labor....took a photograph of Princess Diana and the Queen Mother in a carriage (the Queen Mother is sticking out her tongue!)...seeing London and Paris with my daughter (who is going to Royal Holloway)...dancing with John...loving my son and my daughter...loving my dogs...it goes on and will go on (for quite a while yet, I hope)...just have to keep my feet and hands warm when it is cold...like Dumbledore said when asked what he saw in the Mirror of Erised " a pair of thick...(read more)
