About	July 23, 1961 - December 31, 2016 Born in Buncombe Co., NC Resided in Fletcher, NC Robert "Terry" Bowlin, 55, went to be with our Lord and master on December 31, 2016, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Terry is survived by his parents, Bob and Clesta Bowlin, his brother, Barry Bowlin, sister-in-law, Barbara Bowlin, and his niece, Heather Bowlin and Sox. Terry was a 1979 graduate of Clyde A. Erwin High School, and a former volunteer with the Fletcher Fire Dept. He was a 34 year employee of Meritor in Henderson County as a gearing support tech. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 in the Patton Ave. chapel of Groce Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
