| About | Miss Brown was a legend in the English Dept at Erwin. I had the honor of being one of her students. She taught many years at Erwin & retired from there. She lived with her sisters on Mt. Carmel Rd. Inez Brown married Burnette Brown's brother, so they were sister-in-laws! Miss Brown passed away at a ripe old age after living a fulfilling, happy & Christian life. Posted in 2012. |

MRS BROWN WAS ONE OF MY ENGLISH TEACHERS. I REMEMBER I WAS IN HER CLASS WHEN THE OVERHEAD ANOUNCER STAID UNC-A HAD WON A NATIONAL BASKETBALL GAME IN THE NAIA TOURNAMENT THAT YEAR. EDDIE GRAHAM
